The biggest restaurant in Wichita is going to open in January. The “Wichita Eagle” reports that the Tappanyaki Grill Sushi Buffet is going to be 13,000 square feet, and can hold about 400 people. They will serve sushi, Japanese-style teppanyaki, other kinds of Asian food and American food.  


Japan Airlines is going to serve KFC on holiday flights between Tokyo and eight U.S. and European destinations. The “Los Angeles Times” reports that the flight meal will provide a drumsticks, chicken breast, flat bread, coleslaw and special mayonnaise from Dec. 1 through Feb. 28.  



Indian culture is becoming the next cool thing. The “Huffpost food” reports that India food has creped into the weekly rotation of Taco Tuesdays, Take-Out Chinese Wednesdays and Thai food Fridays. Some of current favorites are: Mission Root, Moksha Beer, Biena Foods, Dahilicious, Global Village Fruits and Cobra Corn.
