On Nov. 3 and 4, the Arizona AsianFestival is featuring entertainment until 10 p.m. at the Mesa Arts Center Mesa, Ariz. According to azcentral.com the show includes Binasuan glass dancers, a Chinese face-changing artist, Bollywood and classical Indian dancers, a Japanese sword dancer and a Chinese choral group. 5,000 to 10,000 people attend the festival every year. 


A group of chefs wants to change the image of cuisine in Baja California. “The Seattle Times” reports that Chinese food and pizza are two kinds of well know food in California. Chefs want to change that and now are working to create a unique cuisine based on fresh seafood caught in the Baja seas. 


Osaka Japanese Sushi and Steakhouse is the only restaurant in West Michigan to offer hot pot. It just opened about two weeks ago at Grand Rapids, Mich. According to milive.com the restaurant remodeled to include an area for hot pot that requires its own special table setup. The hot pot costs about $13 per person.
